Do I need prior off-road driving experience?
No prior off-road experience is required. Before every ride, we provide a full safety briefing and driving instructions to ensure you feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. Our routes are designed to be exciting yet safe for both beginners and experienced drivers.
Can two people ride in one buggy?
Yes! Most of our buggies are designed for two passengers, making them perfect for couples, friends, or family members who want to share the adventure. Please check the specific buggy model or tour details for passenger capacity.
What should I wear for a buggy ride?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and sunglasses. Since off-road driving can get dusty, you may also want to bring a light jacket or scarf. During summer, sunscreen and a hat are highly recommended.
Is fuel included in the price?
Fuel is included in the price of all our Buggy Tours, however it is not included in our buggy rentals. When you pick up your buggy during rental, the tank is full. We kindly ask you return your buggy with a full tank at the end of your daily rental.
Do I need a driver’s license to drive a buggy?
Yes, a valid driver’s license is required for anyone driving a buggy. Passengers do not need a license.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement (typically 18+), while passengers may join at a younger age when accompanied by an adult. Specific age limits may vary depending on the tour.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our top priority. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule your ride or offer a full refund. If light weather changes occur, we’ll assess conditions and ensure the experience remains safe and enjoyable.
Are helmets and safety equipment provided?
Yes, we provide helmets and all necessary safety gear. Safety instructions are given before every ride to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.
Can I take photos or videos during the ride?
Absolutely! We encourage guests to capture the experience. There are planned scenic stops along most routes for photos. Optional photo or video packages may also be available.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed according to our cancellation policy. Please review the policy on the booking page or contact us if you need assistance.
Is this experience suitable for beginners or families?
